The website describes a developing clinic platform and provides a demonstration experience. Product availability, pilot participation, functionality, and commercial terms may change and are not guaranteed by this website.
Pilot requests
Submitting the pilot form is an expression of interest. It does not create a customer, employment, partnership, or exclusivity agreement. Any pilot will be governed by separate written terms agreed with the participating clinic.
No medical advice
Clinify’s public website and demonstration content do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use the pilot inquiry form for patient care, emergencies, or clinical information.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit unlawful or misleading material, access another clinic’s information, or use automated systems to abuse public forms.
Intellectual property
The Clinify name, website design, written content, and product demonstration are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy or commercially reuse them.
