When you request a pilot walkthrough, we collect the contact and clinic information you provide, such as your name, clinic name, location, number of physicians, work email, telephone number, and message.

We may also retain limited campaign attribution and technical anti-abuse information, including UTM parameters, submission time, and non-reversible request fingerprints used for rate limiting.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange a product walkthrough.
• To evaluate and operate the founding clinic pilot.
• To understand which outreach campaigns generate relevant clinic interest.
• To protect the form and platform from spam, fraud, and abuse.

Please do not submit patient information

The founding pilot form is a business inquiry form. Do not include patient names, medical records, health information, or other sensitive clinical information.

Service providers and retention

We use infrastructure, database, security, hosting, and email service providers to operate this website and process inquiries. We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for pilot discussions, legitimate business records, security, and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices
